I am selling a huge collection of rare Motown, Northern and 60`s soul records including every Tamla Motown album released between 1965 and 1970.

I have already listed the first 100 Tamla Motowns and the next lots are some of the most sought after soul albums ever listed on ebay. I have every OKEH, BRUNSWICK, ARCTIC, GAMBLE, SCEPTER AND WAND ALBUM but I am starting with some of the individual obscure and rare items. If you need to hear anything get in touch.

The swansong of R&B innovator McPhatter who died broke and in obscurity from drink related illness a couple of years after this came out. A tragedy for a man whose influence on the music scene of the 50`s and 60`s was massive. Without him there would have been no DRIFTERS, and it could be argued that with out him paving the way with his unique vocal style there might not have been Jackie Wilson, Curtis Mayfield, Smokey Robinson, Eddie Kendricks et al. The sleeve notes make particularly poignant reading in light of his subsequent demise.

This of course features the massive album only PLEASE GIVE ME ONE MORE CHANCE but also several others like MR HEARTACHE, THE MIXED UP CUP etc
