Description

For sale, bought new when it came out back in 1984, been racked up in my collection and not played for over 30 years. 
This is the original first 1984 pressing with 'Townhouse' etched in the matrix, and one of the 'Ta Mate' etched variants.

Outer sleeve in 'very good' condition- a few scuffs and light creases, no rips or tears. Very light scuffing to spine. Inner sleeve very good, again with just very light surface marks and slight record indentation mark. Record in good condition with just a few light hairline marks/scuffs that aren't really noticeable unless you look at it under the light.
From a clean non-smoking home. Record hasn't moved except for a couple of house moves when it's come with me!
