Description

"COLLECTOR'S HISTORY OF CLASSIC JAZZ"
"Note: Some of these recordings were made before the advent of modern tape technology. In order to transcribe the original discs to tape, our engineers spent literally hundreds of hours tediously splicing, editing and adjusting to eliminate 'pops' and distortions. The performance was the prime consideration. The important thing is that these historic recordings may be  saved and enjoyed for posterity......."Joe Abend, Producer; Lee Palmer, Engineer.
Note: Some portions of this set are electronically re-recorded to simulate stereo.
