This is the original UK LP by COLOSSEUM, VALENTINE SUITE, 1969 Stereo 1st Press on the LARGE VERTIGO SWIRL label VO 1 This is the VERY 1st Pressing, pressed from the 1st mother, one of the initial press run of only 500 The Vertigo label has the LARGE Vertigo Swirl logo and at the bottom of the label is ' A PHILLIPS RECORD PRODUCT' Matrix numbers are, Side A:- 886775 1Y *1 420 1 1 1 6, Side B:- 886775 2*Y*1 420 1 1 1 The original 1969 UK 1st issue gatefold cover is in EX+++ condition!. Super clean, maintaining all its bright vibrant colour. Inside the cover is super clean, beautiful!. The broad spine is fully intact, clean and perfectly readable. Their are no seam splits and no unwanted writing. This is such a great gatefold cover, only minimal wear to the corners, their are no bad scuffs or sticker marks, best one I have seen for some time. The vinyl is in EX+++ condition. The vinyl gleams with all it's original 'Just Pressed glossy shine and lustre!, I have played both sides (very very carefully!) and the vinyl plays EX+++ / MINT- !. The vinyl plays with stunning crisp clear clarity *, amazing clean crisp warm Stereo sound!!!! *. The quality of this 1969 UK Stereo 1st Pressing is TOP TOP QUALITY!, playing with stunning rich tones, warmth and depth!!
The label's are in MINT- condition, lovely and clean, maintaining all their original bright fresh colour, their is no unwanted writing, the centre spindle hole shows no wear
The vinyl is housed in its original 1969 UK 1st issue Vertigo Swirl inner sleeve and is in EX condition, no seam splits, no unwanted writing, no stains, only one small 2cm tear on the front, top middle opening edge, no other tears.
