All Vertigo Swirl LPs are likely to be coming up for auction in the next few months in an order that will only make sense to myself so please keep checking back if you are waiting for something in particular....
All are UK issues and nearly all are First Pressings - they will be accompanied by Vertigo inner sleeves in all cases although it could be that it may not be original to that LP as they were stored separately.
There will not be any superfluous information or unnecessary paragraphs to hide the important stuff - just a description of the records and my considered grading having played them for the first time in over 10 years.
The first real gem of my collection - the very rare "full swirl" Daughter Of Time by Colosseum.
Catalogue number 6360 017.
The vinyl is graded EX- with couple of light marks only that do not impact on play - but a little background crackle in a few places, most noticeable between the tracks - although not too intrusive. I am noticing this to be common with these LPs which have been stored for a very long time; a professional clean may be all that is required to sort it out - it is very listenable as it is and I stand by my grade but such a clean could turn this in to an extra special copy.
The gatefold sleeve on this one always looks rough it seems to me. I would rate this VG+ as very little wear generally but there is some edge wear - definitely better than average for this particular sleeve.
This particular Vertigo inner is EX- in itself.
