Description

I have up for auction a record (78) on the light blue, orange and green Columbia Viva-tonal label; 'Potato Head'/Whiteman type; late 20s. It is #1441-D, Paul Whiteman And His Orchestra and selections are "Because My Baby Don't Mean Maybe Now"-Fox Trot with vocal by Bing Crosby and "Just Like A Melody Out Of The Sky"-Fox Trot with Male vocal and harmony (probably Rhythm Boys). The record is in very good condition, very little wear and scuffs and scratches are few, light and almost all surface variety, none deep. There is a lamination line mostly visible during first half on Just Like A Melody side but harmless-little if any affect on play. Both sides play very well; loud and clear!
