Description

Full-length LP from Commander Venus (comm.venus) titled "The Uneventful Vacation" released by Saddle Creek Records (LBJ-16) in 1997. Original pressing of only 1000. Final album of two from pre-Bright Eyes, pre-Cursive indie-rock group featuring members from both bands that went on to emo stardom. This effort is raw and more complex than the Bright Eyes and Cursive sounds but will please fans of those bands as there are touches of the emo style and plenty of good ideas to enjoy. Included is the proper inner sleeve with graphics, photos, lyrics and credits. Vinyl LP version has a bonus track unavailable on CD.

Labels are in NEAR MINT condition. Vinyl record is in EXCELLENT condition with new-like luster and a few light surface scuffs. Plays with sporadic surface noises...still sounds great! Cover is in EXCELLENT condition with light creasing at upper left and a seam-split at center of bottom edge. Custom printed inner sleeve has slight creasing and a seam-split at center of bottom edge. NO RESERVE. Winner pays $4.75 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
