Description

COMPLETE + 2 SPACERS & POSTER 1st BEATLES WHITE ALBUM MONO 1/1/1/1 UK LOW NUMBER.
TITLE: THE BEATLES (THE WHITE ALBUM) ARTIST: THE BEATLES CATALOGUE: APPLE RECORDS PMC 7067/7068
ORIGINAL UK 1968 APPLE RECORDS MONO DOUBLE VINYL IN VISUALLY VERY GOOD- CONDITION AND AUDIBLY: GOOD+/EXCELLENT CONDITION.
COMPLETE WITH 4 BEATLES PORTRAITS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, 2 SPACERS, 2 BLACK INNER SLEEVES, POSTER, TOP LOADING SLEEVE WITH No. 0086388.
All 4 Portraits are included and seem to be in excellent condition because there doesn't seem to be any traces of being stuck to walls - One does have a scuff and scratch in the print.
Includes both black inner sleeves although one of them has a small split about an inch wide at the bottom where the record has been dropped in - overall excellent condition though.
Includes two pieces of paper, same size as the photograph portraits, which i would understand to be the original spacer sheets which were included in some early copies, which would be quite rare as most were thrown away after being bought, could be wrong though as i have never seen any before.
Sleeve shows some wear/damage to corners as well as some cracks in the plastic on the spine - (Please see photo No.16 and 17).
Sleeve has some writing dents (An address) - (See photo No.14 and 15).
All Vinyl does have some marks and scratches but side 1 and side 2 is definitely the better record. Some side have lots of tiny marks which may or may not be dirt and may or may not clean off. (Please see Photos 18,19,20,21,22,23,24)
I am not a collector, but I would OVERALL grade to be in Very good condition.
Side 3 and 4 still isn't too bad, I would say they're in Very good- condition due to there being multiple marks and scratches. They both have some sort of liquid that has dried on the run out which i would expect to go away when cleaned.
Side 1: Sounds great, plays all the way through with no jumps or sticks - little surface noise.
Side 2: There is some surface noise (crackles and some small pops) but plays all the way through with no jumps or sticks.
Side 3: There seems to be a strange 'shhh' noise every so often in the run in and beginning of first song but plays all the way through with no jumps or sticks.
Side 4: Sounds great plays all the way through with no jumps or sticks - little surface noise.
Poster has a rip in one of the creases - shown in the photos.
