COMUS - First Utterance LP - Dawn 1971 - original folk rock holy grail - RARE!!!
Ok folks, this is it - one of the holy grails of folk psych.
Original orange Dawn pressing from 1971.
Gatefold cover, unglossy paper stock.
Cover is in good condition with only a few problems. Slight bumps to corner as is expected and very slight discoloration from age and lack of coated stock. Small 1/4" tear along top seam of front gatefold - not a seam split but more like a fingernail dug into the top a bit.
Vinyl has a pressing defect in the last 10 to 15 seconds on "Diana" where there is a slight bump in the vinyl. It played through ok on my turntable (KLH) but buyer should be aware there's an issue there. I've tried to include a photo of the defect. Otherwise only a couple of light surface scuffs that play through fine.
Includes insert/lyric sheet in excellent condition.
