It was demo only! Twelve track album of Beatles-esque/Lennon style pop rock! Lead singer Mario Casciano had worked for John Lennon in the early 70's when he was a teenager. All original tracks and they are: Midtown, Journey Through Time, Waitin' For Baby, Sidewalk Cafe, Alone With The Rain, Tell The World I'm Here, It Isn't Easy To Say, Fingerboard Road, A Long Long Way From San Diego, That Woman For Me, (It's Too Bad) Christmas Only Lasts A Day,Another Happy Ending. Includes lyric sheet and is autographed lower right front cover with a message from Mario! This LP is very rare!! I know of only two other copies-one that is in the same condition as this one and sold privately for $500 and one in a much lower condition and is on line for $350! That's how rare this album is! It is also very good! I will let this one go with NO reserve and let the market dictate what it should bring!

THE DEFINITION OF MINT MINUS IS THAT THE ITEM HAS BEEN TOUCHED BY HUMAN HANDS AND PERHAPS PLAYED ONCE.FLAWS: Minor yellowing of the white on cover and small clear tape bottom left corner, high spot rubs. Spindle mark on label.
GRADING: Cover is VG++ and record is MINT MINUS!!!
