CONOR OBERST "Here's To Special Treatment" TAPE

(1994 Sing, Eunuchs!)

Here is a very rare ORIGINAL early Conor Oberst tape. There are a number of bootlegs and counterfeits that have been popping up on Ebay, but this is very much the original cassette. Originals are very easy to identify. Sing Eunuchs had the tapes manufactured locally (they were never home dubbed and never on store bought blank tapes). The local manufacturer stamped the following numbers on the top of every tape: "741 60" (then followed by either the number "7" or the number "24"). If you look closely at the second picture, you can see these numbers at the very top of the cassette. These numbers can be found on every original copy. The only part of these tapes that was "handmade" was the xerox covers and paper labels (applied by the label when they got the tapes back from the manufacturer). This copy for sale was purchased direct from Sing, Eunuchs and the numbers on the tape have been verified by me from other local original copies (including Chris Deden's (Sing, Eunuchs) and members of Beep Beep and the Faint's copies). Very small numbers of these tapes were made and originals are very rare. Condition is Near Mint. No reserve!

Postage in the United States will be $6.50 for one 12" album via Priority Mail or $3.50 for one album via Media Mail. One 7" or CD will cost $3.00 to send via First Class Mail. The same rates ($6.50 for LP or $3.00 for 7"/CD) apply to Canada for Air Mail. Outside of North America, postage will be $12.50 for one 12" album or $5.50 for one 7"/CD via Air Maill. I am willing to ship albums via Surface Rate at winner's request. Winners of more than one item will only be charged actual postage costs. Insurance/Registered Mail is optional.
