ROBERT FRENCH - She's Under Stress / CONROY SMITH - Mr Big Stuff (Blue Mountain BMD036) - 12" - 198X
Very nicely presented original pressing of this Robert French-produced Blue Mountain 12" featuring French's She's Under Stress backed by Conroy Smith's digi-killer Mr Big Stuff (a next cut of his own Dangerous), both of which are accompanied by their dubs. The vinyl retains a very good sheen with some light superficial surface marks and a few fine, light hairlines - nothing significant - see descriptions below.
A-side (Robert French): There is a tiny / very small amount of intermittent background surface noise (a little more towards the end of the vocal cut) with tiny and very small pops and clicks plus an occasional slightly more prominent one. Grade - VG+/EX- down to VG
AA-side (Conroy Smith): There is a small amount of background surface noise and a few smallish clicks during the very brief quiet intro (before the riddim proper kicks-in), thereafter there is only a tiny amount - hardly audible in fact - with tiny and occasional very small pops and clicks. Grade - EX-Labels: The A-side label is pristine, while there is a name written in black on the AA-side label (see scan).
