For sale is a double disc 12" vinyl release of The Bake Sale by The Cool Kids (Chocolate Industries, CHLT 059).


This is the debut EP from Chicago duo, The Cool Kids!

Featuring classic minimal 808-heavy, mid-1980s tones Chuck Inglish and Mikey Rock semi-faithfully recreate the music of rap's low-budget bubbling-under era with such ease and agility that The Bake Sale became an instant classic!!


The lyrics in this amazing double disc EP has it all: twisty internal rhymes, intricate word play and an appreciation for nostalgia rivaled only by their banging beats!
