Got this when I bought a large group of records from a closed record store in Jersey City NJ. Never did play it when I had the chance, condition is from viewing. Record looks excellent no wear around spindle hole, record looks very clean and could not have been played more than a few times, the cover is pretty good but the is about a 2" slit on bottom, middle.
