Description

MONSTER UNRELEASED sitar and sax go-go instrumental from Bill Plummer and the Cosmic Brotherhood, “Henry Beasley” – this is a MEGA RARE 12-inch 45 rpm mono acetate (one-sided) on the A&M label and contains this one track, as far as I can tell unreleased and unavailable anywhere else.  This is Grade-A stuff, the kind of groovy backing track you’d hear behind some Bollywood teen danceclub scene from the 60’s – riding a cool Bo Diddley rhythm with some hookah-shakin’ rumbling bass guitar.  There’s also some growling sax, some soulful Stevie Winwood style pumpin’ organ, and of course, Bill Plummer’s cosmic sitar, all jamming together and building to a furious finale in vivid day-glo sound.   Light up, and get down!  Original one-of-a-kind 12” acetate on the A&M label.  Plays very well, nice VG+, solid for these old, brittle acetates.
