Story goes I acquired this acetate record along with approximately 100 more old famous Jazz artist from the late 1930's thru the 1940's most with blank labels and the artist/song tracks all written on the record sleeve and I played to make sure they were the same.
A good friend who is a contractor was recently remodeling an old house in the Hollywood Hills. Tearing parts of the house down came upon an area that was walled off and was filled with old stuff as if it was a storage area and found several wraped boxes of these records. All in excellent condition. This the first of many I hope to soon list. Great acetates for any collector of this type of vintage record recording and who loves Jazz.Maybe some one of a kind.
