Description
THE COUNTDOWN 5-45-“Uncle Kirby” b/w “Speculation”-Cinema #C-10-DJ Issue-KillerKool Fuzz-Guitar overdrive late 1967 Galveston, TEXAS Garage Punk. Great band. A side is dominated by a LOUD fuzz guitar throughout the track with a flipped-out reverb drenched fuzz lead guitar break, typical Texas punk/gutteral lead vocals..great track...B side is more on the tamer side, Beatlesque at times... Condition: Record is somewhere between G+ and VG-; some light wear, a couple of light surface scuffs, a couple of light surface scratches visible in certain light angles...plays great, powerful recording covers any background noise, although some is evident at times, on the opening of the B side inparticular where it is starts out somewhat quiet for a few seconds...overall plays great with minimal background noise... Label clean both sides...
