I have a nice little selection of NORMAN GRANZ' JAZZ AT THE PHILHARMONIC 45rpm box sets from the 50's. All are on Mercury Records, have three extended play discs and FEATURE COVER ART BY DAVID STONE MARTIN.

GRADING: I try to give an accurate representation of the record with a numerical value. I infer that the records should play their visual grade. I have given a numerical grade to correspond to typical record grading for the approximate percentage of wear. For example, excellent/85 means the disc should have about 15% wear/marks from a NEW record. Sealed Records should be new and unplayed. By looking at the photos you can find band info and song titles.

MINT = 100

NEAR MINT = 92-99

EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT =89-91 (borderline near mint)

EXCELLENT = 82-88

VG+/EXCELLENT = 79-81 (borderline excellent)

VG+ = 72-78

VG/VG+ = 69-71 (borderline vg+)

VG =62-68

RECORD/ITEM DESCRIPTION:   Norman Granz "JAZZ AT THE PHILHARMONIC VOLUME 2" 7" 45 rpm box set on the US Mercury Records label. It is catalog #VOL 2 X45.  

RECORD CONDITION/GRADE: The discs grade visually at excellent/near mint/91. The labels are near mint/95 with writing. The box is vg+/73 with shelf, edge and corner wear along with creases, dents and tape damage.
