Comes with RARE original vintage 8-page PROMO BOOKLET sent exclusively to radio stations to promote the 19-year-old artist.  Contains photos, vital statistics, biographical data, and a pocket for the 45 rpm record “Boom Boom Baby.”  Condition is nice.
