Description

This is the original 160g vinyl 1966 LP release in the UK on the Reaction label. This is the mono release which the seller personally bought on 24/3/1967 (written on back of sleeve).

Original album "Fresh Cream" by Cream includes tracks familiar from Cream's Albert Hall performance of 2005 - I'm So Glad, Sleepy Time Time, NSU, Sweet Wine and Toad (as a 16-year-old I could not believe Ginger Baker was the only drummer on "Toad" - thought it was 2 drummers or double-tracked!)

Vinyl in Very Good* condition. See below. This record is 48 years old and was a favourite. The buyer should expect surface marks which mean some background "pops". In the seller's opinion this does not distract from the overall listening experience. On track 4 side 1, after Clapton's solo there is one very slight skip during  Jack Bruce's vocal. You have to listen hard to spot this. Sound quality rich and vibrant. Bear in mind this is in MONO.

Sleeve in Very Good* condition. Shows wear and has been taped. 1" gold name sticker on back of sleeve. Please see the photos.

This LP is part of my own personal collection from the 60s,70s,8OS. I want my records to go to collectors of classic albums or to new converts to the golden age of rock. I have about 500 albums to sell ranging from early Dylan and Rolling Stones to US Psychedelia to Floyd and Beefheart and the whole British progressive movement. Even some surprises including jazz and folk/rock.

A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK". The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. The centre hole will not have been misshapen by repeated play. Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear.

*Very Good (VG)

Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them.
