SALE CONDITIONS FOR SEALED RECORDS Sealed records are sold 'AS IS' in sealed condition. It is sold under the assumption that the buyer intends to keep it sealed to retain its value. For collectors, the higher value is only when they remain sealed. Once they have been opened, they become regular copies and the value diminishes. The disc is presumed unplayed, but we cannot guarantee that. This LP is sealed old stock from the original period of the album's release. It is not a recent re-press/re-issue. As it is still sealed, we cannot confirm which pressing plant or label design it has, and it is offered for sale on that basis.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF NEW OLD STOCK SEALED RECORDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS THEY ARE STILL SEALED AS SHIPPED.
Please notify us with your payment if you want us to open this sealed record and check the merchandise before we ship it. Seam splits (the disc breaking through the spine of the cover in transit) can occur as part of the shipping process. We always pack carefully, but the only sure way to prevent seam splits in transit is to remove the record from the cover before packing it, which we do with all non-sealed records. At the buyer’s request, we will open a sealed record and pack the vinyl in a protective sleeve separate from the cover. Unless the buyer requests that the sealed record be opened and packed in this manner, we are not liable for any seam splits that may occur in transit or the condition of the disc.
