Up for auction is a beautiful original pressing of the Creedence Clearwater Revival album Bayou Country, originally released in the U.S. on Fantasy Records (8387) in 1969:
-Guaranteed original first pressing, not reissue -Original blue deep groove Fantasy labels -Matrix machine stamp reads:   F-2715 H   F-2716 H -H = Hollywood pressing
-Still in opened factory shrink wrap -Original hype sticker on shrink -Original paste-down cover -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile protective sleeve
Note: The earliest pressing of this album had "deep groove" labels, with a pressing indentation around the silver circle.  Later pressings do not have his feature.  Very rare to find in this condition.

Condition: Cover is beautiful, still protected by original shrink wrap, with no significant signs of wear or age.  Perhaps just a hint of faint wear along open right edge, but not significant.  Corners are sharp, not bumped.  Seams intact, clean.  Shrink is clean, but does have closed tears on front and back, but it's all there, and looks nice.  Hype sticker is excellent, clean, no aging.  Hard to upgrade this cover. Grade: Near Mint (NM)
Vinyl is also beautiful, still retains its original shine.  No apparent scratches or scuffs, perhaps just some faint, superficial signs of having been taken out of original paper inner sleeve a couple times.  Labels are clean, unmarked, no wear around spindle holes.  Looks like this record has maybe been played only once or twice but handled with care.  Sound quality is excellent.  Clean and clear. Grade: Near Mint (NM)
