In the four short years they were together, Creedence Clearwater Revival released an astounding seven albums, earned a permanent place in American pop culture with a performance at Woodstock, and created some of the most recognizable music in all of rock and roll. And it was this album, Cosmo's Factory, with its infectious mix of blues rock, southern rock, swamp rock, folk, and rockabilly that went No. 1 in multiple countries and helped make the band an international smash.
