Description

CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL / CCR - The Royal Albert Hall Concert LP Vinyl Record Album

Fantasy Records MPF-4501

Released 1980

This Album was Initially Titled The Royal Album Hall Concert

Shortly after its release Fantasy Records realized that the Original Master Tapes that were used to Produce this album was MISLABELED and was NOT actually recorded at the Royal Albert Hall but in actuality it was Recorded at the Oakland Coliseum in California near CCR’s Hometown of El Cerritos.

Fantasy Records issued them with a “We Goofed!” Hype Sticker which is still intact and is in Excellent STILL SEALED Condition

Fantasy Withdrew this Album from Retail Stores after discovering the Error in the packaging.

The Album was then issued with the Correct information stating that it was Recorded at the Oakland Coliseum and was Retitled simply “The Concert” completely dropping the Royal Albert Hall Concert Title.
