Label Conditions: Both in beautiful, fresh and very clean conditions. Superb-attractive with only very light and few spindle marks that have modest visibility, there is no wear around the hole area.

Brief Info: Debut album from the kings of ‘swamp rock’ featuring the brilliant gritty vocals of John Fogerty. The band had previously been recording under a totally different, somewhat politically incorrect name for a number of years with severall hit singles but this was the first under CCR. A highly polished set that had moderate success in the US and the band went from strength-to-strength thereafter with several classic albums following quickly. This beautiful UK blue label original is pristine for looks and the same for sound – it could almost pass for new and sound is audiophile class. The cover is gorgous also There is a mildish crease near one corner area but is has minimal visual impact. The original owner protected the entrance edge with clear tape for long-term fine looks. Over time, this dried out and fell off. The only traces of residue from this tape can only be seen inside the cover’s storage area and this is only fine too. Both outside faces look beautiful as I hope my pictures prove.

Vinyl Condition/Visual Grading: Excellent, with only a few light surface marks. A  fine visual copy that’s very solidly pressed, a lovely early pressed copy that will be quite hard to find much better. A copy with only some plays on all the evidence, it’s one that should please many collectors.
