Description
Here is a very hard to find, original 1969 US white label promo of CCR's Willy and the Poor Boys (Fantasy 8397). The vinyl is in very strong VG condition with faint scuffs on marks on the play surface. Playback is excellent throughout with some light crackle. This was a radio station copy, but it is less marred by deejay scrawl than most such artifacts: the back cover has some writing (see pic #6 above) and the labels have song titles underlines in thin ballpoint pen. Note that unlike some promotional LPs of this era, there is no embossed promo text on the back cover. The cover has no splits or tears, so we're cautiously calling it VG+ despite the writing on the back (please don't sue us). Note that the inner sleeve also has some writing, as well as a tear.
