Willy and the Poor Boys, is a FUN record. It also adds up to one of the greatest pure rock and roll records ever cut.
THIS IS A NO-RESERVE AUCTION!
CONDITION OF THE RECORD:
(IMPORTANT NOTE: We grade ALL records under a strong, diffuse room light or discrete sunlight).
- WE GRADE THE VINYL AS ALMOST PERFECT; STRONG NEAR-MINT. A few VERY LIGHT scuffs ARE visible under a light, they are extremely hard to see when not using a light. One slight spindle mark is found (see picture). The vinyl for the most part, shines and sparkles; looks beautiful, without any MAJOR flaws or imperfections.
- The record is pressed on a RELATIVELY THICK, inflexible vinyl. This is NOT a thin, flimsy ('dynaflex' type) vinyl, but not the thickest, most rigid vinyl either.
- White label PROMO VERSION of this title (which we have here) is much rarer than a regular commercially released version (stock copy) of this title. We estimate that stock copies of this album out number promo copies by a ratio of 200:1.
- Quality speaking, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior digital recording!!
CONDITION OF THE COVER:
THE COVER IS VERY NICE ---ALMOST EXCELLENT OR VG+++.
The following flaws or imperfections are noted on the cover:
- Cover has little corner wear; on our scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the least, and 10 being the most severe), we assess the corner wear as a 1.
- Printing on spine is a bit off center; just begins to curl onto front cover (not significant - some may not notice it).
- Minor shelf wear on bottom seam (nothing significant).
- Cover has MINOR jacket wear; few fine lines/one-to-two, very small, grayish marks (nothing significant).
- A "NOT FOR SALE PROMOTION ONLY" stamp embedded into back cover.
