Description
This is a fine copy from an early numbered, limited edition unofficial reissue of the rare sole LP by Milwaukee group Creme Soda, originally released in 1975. The record is hard to classify, since it touches on a number of different styles. As the blurb from rock journalist Greg Shaw on the back cover puts it, "rockabilly/punk...psychedelic/bubblegum...Pink Floyd/Stooges flash...[and] Hollies pop" are all here. All but one of the songs are group originals (the Yardbirds' "The Nazz Are Blue" is the lone cover), and their quality is uniformly good. Interestingly, while the record has been unofficially reissued several times, it has not received an official reissue since 1977. The jacket is close to pristine with a little creasing in one corner (M-). The disc is clean with some light scuffing, and plays with a little light surface noise (M-). This copy is #194/385.
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
