Description

Infamous for White Youth, a bleak anti-racist march which was misunderstood by some DJ at the time, Crisis' second extended play is weaker than the first. Both songs show the limits of Wakeford's songwriting, based on simple chord progressions and repetitive arpeggios; UK '79 is the best of the two but nevertheless a rather exhausting track.
