Description
- "Deja vu" was the 1970 debut release by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young on Atlantic Records. The first CSN album was a huge hit when it was released in 1969 but the addition of Young to the lineup resulted in "Deja vu" becoming the best selling album associated with any of the four artists collectively or separately. It was a huge hit, spent 97 weeks on the charts, and is on nearly all critics lists of the best albums of all time. Jerry Garcia plays steel guitar on "Teach Your Children" and John Sebastian played mouth harp on "Deja vu."
- This copy is from the original first pressing of the album and is in great condition. Both the disc and gatefold album with textured cover are VG+ which is as high as I rate vintage vinyl.
- In addition to its original packaging, this album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Sleeve to hold the vinyl disc and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve.
- Free shipping is included in the special corrugated album mailer seen in the last picture.
- This vintage 12" vinyl album has been sitting upright on a shelf in climate controlled storage for the past 50 years. It has not been played in decades other than a quick test spin for this sale which found no skips or obvious flaws. Like all used records it should be cleaned with an anti-static brush to minimize the occasional pops that are part of playing vinyl albums. Buyers should note that this is a well-cared for but used record and it will have some minor imperfections.
