An original UK 1996 pressing of Recurring Dream: The Very Best of Crowded House on Capitol Records (7243 838396 1 2).  A superb double album in a fantastic gatefold sleeve.  I bought this for my collection on the day of release and immediately placed it into a plastic sleeve where it has remained ever since.  The records are unplayed and in mint condition.  The sleeve is in near mint condition and is perfect apart from a light 1.5cm indentation next to the spine (see last photo).  The inner sleeves are mint (one has an extremely minor crease from factory packing at the top).  These couple of imperfections were present on purchase and the record is in the same condition as how it came from the manufacturer. 
You will not find a better condition copy of this long deleted album for sale anywhere else.  An absolute must for any Crowded House fan.

Comes from a smoke free/pet free home.
Note that I use Record Collector's grading system for all my record sales. 
The records will be removed from their original sleeve and placed at the side of it in new white paper sleeves to avoid any seam split during transit.  All will be placed inside a poly sleeve and then packaged with a stiffener. The record will be sent via Royal Mail and will be posted within 3 days of receiving payment.
