This is the excellent Crucifixion single Take It Or Leave It / On The Run released on Neat Records NEAT 19 in 1982.

Vinyl
Condition is Excellent overall, with just a single, non-feelable, hairline at the 10 o' clock position on side 1. Should be visible in the enlarged photos. Nowt serious at all. Otherwise, clean and glossy. Labels are completely clean. See photos.
Sleeve
Condition is Excellent and in great condition for 43 years old. Again, please see the photos.
