His Master's Voice CSD 1301.
Chopin Waltzes 1-14 : Moura Lympany
The record would look as new except there are 2 superficial marks at the beginning of side 2. These are noticeable, but they have no depth to them. I have played this section and the marks go un-noticed. The sleeve is a little bumped and bruised and there is a split along the bottom edge.
