Description
Said to be a 1950's recording, this is an early Cuca label instrumental record. The group's name is Willie Tremain's Thunderbirds. Visually, the condition of this record looks pretty clean for age, and likely somewhat better than VG?. There are some darker (than the basic blue label) circular wear marks from turntable play. It has not been played for this listing to preserve condition. The catchy titles are "Midnight Express" and "Frankie's Rock". On May-29-18 at 08:46:13 PDT, seller added the following information: New information on this record: in re-examination I found a hairline crack at the edge extending about 1/8" into the grooves. Therefore I played the beginnings of both sides to see if play was affected by a skip there, or other issue. Turns out music plays smoothly right through the area. There is a little vinyl background noise typical an of old record, but the fidelity and tone is great. Midnight E. a little better condition than Frankie's R. , and interesting guitar technique dominates in a primitive Link W. kind of way. Hope this all helps.price rating
