Description
On offer is The CURIOSITY SHOPPE 45rpm entitled BABY I NEED YOU c/w SO SAD released in the UK on the DERAM label DM 220 in 1968.
The psych band The Curiosity Shoppe hailed from Liverpool. They were quite similar to early Deep Purple with a big organ driven sound. This 45 on the Deram label is highly sought after by psych collectors and is rarely offered for sale these days.
The disc is visually in EX-/VG+ condition with one surface mark on Baby I Need You which does not affect play. It comes housed in its Deram company sleeve. There is a name - Steve- written on the A side label (see scans). Overall this is a nice copy of this psych rarity to keep until that elusive mint or near mint copy turns up.This has been in my collection for over 30 years so you can infer that I - for one - never did find a better copy for sale!
