On offer here is a VERY rare EP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Cyril Davies called "The Sound Of Cyril Davies" EP and is an ORIGINAL 1964 UK Pye International 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'R&B' Pye International label!!!!  See label pictures for track details. THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST EP's ON THE PYE LABEL AND SIMPLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1964 WHEN THIS EP WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS EP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1964 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS PYE INTERNATIONAL LABEL, 1ST PRESS A1/B1 MATRIXES, AND 1ST PRESS 'DELGA PRESS' FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL 1964 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'R&B' Pye International label and the Cat No is NEP 44025. 

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The record is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s EPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  The record also has a very VERY slight 'sheen' to it (only visible under the most EXTREME light possible!) though this is simply IMPOSSIBLE to notice!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL which plays SUPERBLY!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The 1st Press 'Delga Press' Flipback Laminated Cover is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), STUNNING shiny laminate, only a VERY small area of virtually INVISIBLE laminate lifting in 1 corner, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated back is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  In fact, the cover back is 100% WHITE and looks EXACTLY as it did when it was made back in 1964!!!!  This cover MUST grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  THIS EP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
