ARTIST:  Cab Calloway and His Orchestra

LABEL:  Vocalion 15873

TITLES:  Beale Street Mama / Eadie Was A Lady

CONDITION:  E- / E

DESCRIPTION:  Very rare 1932 release of Cab Calloway on 1920s style box Vocalion at the very end of the 15000 series.  Cab's 1932 recordings appeared on a variety of ARC labels;  the two Cabs I've just listed are his only recordings that also appeared on Vocalion.   Both sides play strong with quiet surfaces.   Some light scuffing.
