Description
These are The Calvanes on DooTone with Florabelle and One More Kiss. Another great two sided doowop from the Calvanes. This has KGBX 11-22-55 written on the label. This is a tough one to find and I wish the labels were in better shape because the wax in nice.
Vinyl is a shiny VG with a few very light surface scratches. Both the labels are really damaged with pieces missing. There is a wide double edge warp that still plays at my 1.7 tracking with no problem.
I record the songs using an Audio Technica VM 540 ML needle through a McIntosh C24 preamp. You can hear the song from beginning to needle lift with NO editing of the MP3.
Listen to a sound clip of Florabelle.
Listen to a sound clip of One More Kiss.
This is the beginning of the thinning of my 45 year personal collection that consists of, rockabilly, doo-wop, surf and all types novelty records like, Halloween, Christmas, Beatles novelty, Elvis novelty, Break-in, Answer, Trucker and Chipmunk sounds.
