Wow, this is a cool find! The insanely rare original German pressing of Can’s first LP, “Monster Movie,” from 1969. Original cover with round graphic stating “Made In A Castle With Better Equipment.” Music Factory, cat # SRS-001. This is the real thing; we have never seen one in the flesh before! Cover rates VG; just below VG+ really, but the minor ringwear, 1” seam split on the top spine, minor corner wear and tiny stain on the top right corner made the scales lean toward VG. The vinyl has a few minor hairline scuffs on both sides, thus rating VG+ overall. All that said, this really is a fairly nice copy of one of the rarest Krautrock LPs by one of the true giants of the form. Enjoy.
