This is a white label promo issued in 1990 prior to the original Metal Blade Records official release in August.
Excellent condition and even includes the original sales notes for the distributor.
Inner cover marked by the sales rep with Steve / Streets Ahead (that is me and my record shop at the time).
This is a very rare version of a true death metal classic.
