Description
This auction is for a sealed mint copy of Cannoball Adderley Something' Else featuring Miles Davis. This the last recording Miles did for Blue Note. Shortly after this record Miles recorded Kind of Blue. Some consider both records companion pieces.
This is a Music Matters 33rpm Test Pressing. This AAA reissue from Original Rudy Van Gelder master tapes was one of the top analog record reissues of 2014. Comes with a regular jacket for those of you that are not fond of the plain white jackets that test pressings come in.
The regular Music Matters gatefold jacket features high resolution b&W session photos and liner notes. The TP vinyl is still sealed inside a while plain jacket.
There are about 12 of these TPs pressed and given to reviewers and dealers, so it's a pretty Rare item. Consider yourself one of the lucky 12 people in the world with one of these test pressings
