Description
Capitol SP 8518 Stereo. Nathan Milstein, Mendelssohn Violin Concerto in E Minor; Bruch Concerto #1 in G Minor. Philharmonia Orchestra cond. Leon Barzin. Wonderful sound and performance.
A word on how I rate used records:
M: Perfect--does not exist in the real world.
NM: Most new records fall into this category.
EX: surfaces will be like new with no flaws discernible to the naked eye. There is likely to be some infrequent random ticks but VERY low in volume and unobtrusive. Repeating ticks or pops will downgrade a record from this category and in fact will rarely be offered.
I spot-check all recordings on a high resolution Audio system focusing on quiet passages, high excursion passages and suspect areas. I seldom play records in their entirety unless the music just carries me away
