Carl Orff, Carmina Burana on High Quality Telarc Vinyl (2 lps)

Simply put.  This is the finest Carmina Burana ever recorded.  Telarc recordings are always superb.  Under direction of Robert Shaw, the Atlanta Symphony, Chorus, and Boys Choir were well rehearsed and sound phenomenal.  Almost non-existent background noise and wide dynamic range are two characteristics that describe this recording. 

This album is conservatively rated "near mint based on Goldmine standard.  The cover is "near mint" too.  There are a few, almost unnoticeable marks on the top and bottom of the cover where the album rested during storage (always in a smoke free, temperature and humidity controlled environment). Overall the bindings, front, inside, back covers are in excellent shape.  You will be pleased with this purchase.

This item has two lp records.   The first three sides are Carmina Burana.  Side 4  is a piece called Symphonic Metamorphasis by Paul Hindemith.  The original inserts, including libretto are included. This album has only been played (only on high end gear) a few times. It was recorded to tape shortly after purchase. Please let me know if you have questions.
