AUDIO SAMPLE BELOW: NO RESERVE AUCTION! ...on one of the most sought after SUN Lp's. The ULTRA SCARCE 1961 repackage of the 1957 debut from Carl. This is a 1961 original! The cover is EX with no age wear and no seam wear. Spooky! The Cover is glossy and perfect, with strong seams. The disc is in strong VG with some very light paper scuff and some hairlines in a few places. Full gloss with almost no spindling, ( a few light traces show in bright light) and would pass for excellent labels. Play tested with no groove abuse (a lot of 50's Lp's hide this) and a great punchy hi-fi sounding program. Check out the audio below with absolutely no filtration. Also be aware that SUN was a 45 record maker, and their Lp's were very few and admittedly primitive even by the standards of the day. Often hiss and light noise were par for the course with their heavy styrene discs, and pressing anomalies were common... what you have here is very similar to what a brand new SUN LP would sound like on a good day!
