12" vinyl record, Sun #111, "Original Golden Hits" featuring Carl Perkins. The album is signed by Carl Perkins and Leo Fender on the front cover. "To Bobbie + Connie, Carl Perkins". After the signature is 8 and backwards 3 (date or ?). Also signed "To Bobbie + Connie, Leo Fender", of Fender guitar fame. Two great signatures on one record album. Nice .
