A vinyl white label promo album 'Dancing On A Cold Wind' by Carmen. Issued by Regal Zonophone as SLRZ 1040 in 1975 and produced by Tony Visconti. As usual with promo albums the sleeve is unsealed ( there are some staples ) and slightly oversized.
