Description

Carol King - Tapestry - Japanese pressing LP. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class. Catalogue no: 20-3P-102
Another of the LPs which I personally exported from Osaka, this is a classic and the subject of a recent Guardian newspaper tribute. How great it is can't be over-stated,  but that's what a lot of the commentators did. This is an exceptionally fine 1980 reissue & one which conforms to the belief that Japanese reissues, especially the later ones were remastered  for best effect. The improvement it presents over an original 1970 UK issue (EPC 32110) is stunning. The package is complete with obi & insert & the worst things that I can find to say about it is that the top of the obi is slightly faded, there are next-to invisible dots of foxing on the front and the corner bend is hardly worth mentioning. The vinyl is unmarked & cleaned on my Moth Mk2 RCM. If you love this Lp and want to love it that bit more... this copy is the one for you!
