Description
Record label has “6 eye” logo. The notes indicate that this record was her first after appearing at the Newport Jazz Festival. A jazz singer with a beautiful voice, fine range and near perfect pitch. Artists included are Bob Brookmeyer, Bernie Leighton, Nick Travis, Jim Hall, George Duvivier, Clark Terry and others. Stamped “Demonstration” on back cover along with some radio call letters. Label on record marked “Demonstration”. Cover: VG to VG+. 1” top edge split; 4” bottom edge split. Some edge and corner wear. Some creasing on the upper spine edge of the notes. Also, small tear on spine edge of the notes. No paper loss. Very light aging on the back cover along the spine. A few small crease on the front cover and some minor scuff marks. Record: VG+ or better. Visually shows minor wear; a couple of rub marks on the surface and 2 small rub surface spots. Except for a few short intervals of “static-like” surface noise in a few places, no other surface noise. Most of the tracks are mint or mint(-). Audibly checked.
