This edition mastered by Bernie Grundman. Bernie also mastered the Original ODE in 1971. No monkey-business in the mastering, and the jacket was created to MATCH every detail of the original. No where on the rear jacket fine print will you see anything about licensing for this edition. Mike Hobson was meticulous in every aspect of this Iconic record, from the mastering, plating, pressing and jackets.
This record in my top 5 of my whole collection and I sold my MFSL JVC, the new 33.3, and my Simply Vinyl edition. I have never opened my MFSL 45rpm to compare, but this edition sounds fantastic !!
