I am sad to let this record go (see below for reason) but Owen is a distant friend of mine and maybe he might have a copy laying around next time I see him. I've booked several shows for him here in the northwest and I still remember the first time I met him. It was a monday night bar show in Bellingham and he was on tour with Xiu Xiu and The Dead Science. At the time I had no idea who those two bands were, but I knew I loved CFTPA. Sam from the Dead Science wasn't 21 at the time and he lied to the door person at first. They found out and the door person was pissed enough to tell Sam The Dead Science couldn't play. Well, they were all friends and if Sam couldn't play, none of the bands were gonna play. So (as a long-time all-ages show promoter) I spent the next hour trying to find a monday night last minute house/show space for them to play. It didn't work out but they were all really nice folks and me and Owen have stayed in touch since. Of course, all three bands went on to be much more popular then they were on that night in 2001 or 2002... ;P
Anyways, funny story. The 7" is in excellent shape and has just been sitting in a box in a room at my parents house. I would not be selling it if I didn't need to (see below) and it features two of my favorite casiotone songs of all-time. I hope you enjoy it, winning bidder! If you have any questions, feel free to email me at masarecords@gmail.com for speedy response. Thanks!

"My friend is letting me sell these items on their eBay account, they're taking care of shipping and everything. My name is Matt Fu and I have been a DIY performer, promoter and activist for 15 years, 2/3 of that time spent in Bellingham. I have a local music radio show called The Corner Pocket that has been around for 12 years, dedicated to music in and around Bellingham. I've also performed, toured and recorded as 1985, have a non-for-profit DIY label and I spent more than a decade putting on all-ages shows (I still do at a house venue in Seattle). I HATE having to sell these releases, especially the RARE local ones, as I consider myself an avid and vast archiver of local music. Getting something rid of some of these records hurts. But I am in a tough spot financially and am also trying to finally move back home to Bellingham... Thanks for your time.
